Fix: 'archetype mismatch - current talent cannot be activated'

What the error means

Each class has archetypes (specs), and individual talents are gated to a specific archetype. The 'archetype mismatch: current talent cannot be activated' message means the talent you're trying to slot belongs to a different archetype than the one you currently have active.

How to fix it

Switch your active archetype to the one that talent belongs to (for example, set your Seer to the Blasphemer archetype before slotting Blasphemer talents), or choose talents that match the archetype you already have active.
