Affix priority

A Rank-1 Seer's order: eloquence, valor, fervor, ranged, elusive, aegis, stoic. Valor and eloquence are the must-haves; 3x elusive is very strong.

These are PvP-leaning priorities for the Blasphemer archetype specifically.

Talents & setup

Go turret, take the burst rune, and run binding or intimidation: binding gives more kill pressure against ranged classes, while intimidation is the better pick into Shadow Strix.

Stack the heavy-boosting talents, take the pushback-stun-after-heavy, and the turret synergy, then flex the remaining points.
