Will Mistfall Hunter have PvE-only servers or Duos?

What's been asked - and not answered

New players coming from the Steam 'coming soon' page have repeatedly asked whether Mistfall Hunter will offer PvE-only servers, and whether Duos will be added after release.

As of the open beta there's no confirmed developer answer to either. We'll mark this answered as soon as the team states an official position.
