Where to Submit Feedback for Mistfall Hunter

Game bugs, balance feedback and account or Drops problems go to Bellring Games' official channels — the official Discord ticket system or the Steam discussions. This fan site cannot pass them on. Community reports (beta) ↗

Where to send feedback about the game

Mistfall Hunter is made by Bellring Games. MistfallHunters.com is an unofficial fan site, so anything sent to us, including through our Report a problem button, never reaches the developers.

For bugs, crashes, and account, purchase or Twitch Drops problems: join the official Mistfall Hunter Discord (discord.gg/mistfallhunter, linked from the official site mistfallhunter.com) and open a support ticket. In developer-tagged replies on the Steam forums on July 31 and August 4, 2026, the team told players to open a ticket there for one-on-one help.

For balance and gameplay feedback: post in the official Discord or in the game's Steam discussions (steamcommunity.com/app/3282300/discussions), where developer-tagged accounts reply.

What to include

Say which platform you play on (PC, PS5 or Xbox Series X|S), what you were doing, what happened, and roughly when. A screenshot or short clip makes a bug far easier for the team to reproduce.

What Isn't Confirmed Yet

We have not confirmed a public support email or web ticket form for the game as of September 30, 2026. Use the Discord ticket unless the developers announce another route. How any single piece of feedback is acted on is not something the developers have committed to.
