Classes Overview

Mistfall Hunter features a variety of classes, each designed to fulfill specific roles in combat and teamwork. As of now, the confirmed classes include:

1. Mercenary

Role: Melee bruiser

Description: A heavy melee front-liner built around greatswords and battleaxes, with high attack and defense. The Mercenary excels at soaking damage and staggering enemies, making it a durable anchor for teams.

2. Sorcerer

Role: Ranged elemental mage

Description: A ranged caster that uses fire, ice, and lightning spells, along with crowd-control abilities. The Sorcerer is designed to control space and deal area damage while maintaining distance from enemies.

3. Blackarrow

Role: Ranged archer

Description: A physical-damage archer that relies on stealth and piercing or tracking arrows to apply pressure from a distance. The Blackarrow is adept at kiting and punishing opponents caught in the open.

4. Shadowstrix

Role: Stealth assassin

Description: A burst assassin equipped with daggers and dual blades, specializing in poisons and curses. The Shadowstrix is built to open fights from stealth, quickly eliminating soft targets before repositioning.

5. Seer

Role: Support / healer

Description: The dedicated support class that provides healing, curse dispels, and runic totems to keep the squad alive. The Seer can also specialize in offensive abilities through the Blasphemer path.

6. Withered Knight

Role: Crowd-control / tempo specialist

Description: The newest class that uses Withering Sigils to mark enemies and detonates them for layered damage. The Withered Knight focuses on team coordination and setup rather than raw speed.

What isn't confirmed yet

While the core classes are confirmed, specific abilities and skill names for each class are still largely community-reported and not officially documented. Additionally, the balance and effectiveness of each class may change as the game progresses through beta and into its full release.
