The fast checklist

1) Check our /launch board — during launch week it aggregates player reports and official statements hourly. 2) Check the game's Steam news feed and the studio's official channels for maintenance notices. 3) Check whether Steam, PSN, or Xbox Live themselves are having platform-level trouble. 4) If none of that turns anything up, restart the client and your router before assuming an outage.

Before July 29, 'down' means something different

Until launch day (July 29, 2026), there are no live servers to be down — outside official test windows, being unable to connect is expected, not an outage. The Open Beta ended June 22 and its servers were taken offline afterward.
