Understanding Distance Combat

In Mistfall Hunter, maintaining distance during combat can be a strategic advantage, especially if you're playing as a ranged class like the Sorcerer. This class excels at dealing damage from afar while utilizing crowd-control abilities to keep enemies at bay.

When engaging in combat, positioning is key. Ranged classes can leverage their abilities to attack while avoiding direct confrontations with melee opponents. This allows you to deal damage without exposing yourself to immediate threats.

Utilizing Your Build

If your build focuses on ranged attacks, such as using elemental spells or ranged weapons, you should prioritize keeping your distance from melee fighters like the Mercenary. Use your abilities to control the battlefield, such as freezing or stunning enemies, which can give you the upper hand in fights.

Additionally, managing your stamina and dodging attacks effectively will help you maintain distance. Ranged classes often have abilities that allow them to reposition quickly, so take advantage of these to escape close encounters.

Combat Strategies

When facing opponents, always be aware of your surroundings. Use obstacles to block incoming attacks while you reposition. If you find yourself cornered, use your mobility skills to create space between you and your opponent.

It's also important to communicate with your team. If you're playing in a squad, let your teammates know when you're engaging an enemy so they can support you, whether by drawing attention away or providing healing.
