Gear Loss Mechanics in Mistfall Hunter

In Mistfall Hunter, if you extract with gear, that gear is banked in your warehouse stash and is safe from loss. However, if you take that gear into the next match and die during that run, you will lose the gear you carried into the field. This means that while your extracted gear is safe when stored, any gear you equip for a subsequent match is at risk if you die in that match.

What Isn't Confirmed Yet

There is no confirmed system in place that allows players to recover their lost gear after dying in the field. Some beta players have discussed a potential 'recapture' system, but whether it will be implemented at launch and how it will function remains unconfirmed.
